As you know, we are a small business. Last minute cancelations for swim lessons, guitar or whatever other activity all have cancellation policies that keep things fair and just. Most will actually charge you for not coming in  - sick or not.

You must understand that the bus service is at a cost to us, yet we offer it for a discounted rate. Our mentors are booked a week in advance, and they get paid. We strive for exceptional quality in our service, by being well staffed for your children, at a ratio of 5:1 .

We are generously offering you another time to use your membership session, if there is space available - you are welcome.
